Where is the shop based?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! Definitely, I love international customers! 🙂 However, please note that the customer is responsible for any duty charges their country’s customs may impose.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive.

International shipping delivery times vary by country, but generally between 1 and 4 weeks (Average of 2).

All orders, unless otherwise stated, include a tracking number.

Orders generally ship out within 3 days.
Large originals (i.e: stretched acrylic paintings) may take a little longer as I may require a little extra time to wrangle such shipments. In the event of a major delay – I will notify you.

ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!
If you supply an incorrect or obsolete address and the package is returned to me, I can not cover the cost of re-shipping. If you notice your address is incorrect, please contact me asap!

What is the return and exchange policy?

I accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving so long as the items have not been damaged or altered in any way (excludes: Sale & Limited Editions)

Please note that I can not reimburse the initial shipping charges and additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items and limited editions cannot be exchanged/returned.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me.

Which shipping service do you use?

USPS. But in the case of large packages, I may opt for UPS.
Please let me know if either of these options present an issue for you/your address.

International: USPS.

Do you take commissions / custom orders?

Yes! But it depends on what it is and where I’m at in terms of availability. Please feel free to reach out to me about commissions via my contact page. 🙂

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Payment is processed with PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. If you do not have a PayPal account, don’t worry! You can still checkout using just your credit card. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order, please contact me.

The shipping seems expensive/off?

If your shipping calculation seems expensive or off, please contact me. I am still working with it, so it may very well be incorrect. Please let me know!
