Where is the shop based?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! Definitely, I love international customers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks (Average of 3). All orders, unless otherwise stated, include a tracking number.

Orders generally ship out within one week unless you ordered a large original. Please be patient, I am only one person and may require a little extra time to wrangle shipments, in the off chance of a major delay out of my control – I will notify you.

ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!
If you supply an incorrect or obsolete address and the package is returned to me, you will be charged for shipping it to the correct location.

What is the return and exchange policy?

This varies by item, but generally I am willing to accept a return or an exchange from US customers, however please note that I am not a corporation and therefore cannot cover the cost of return. Items cannot be damaged or altered in any way.

Sale items and limited editions cannot be exchanged/returned.

International customers please be aware that unfortunately, because of the cost, I cannot accept a return or exchange.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me.

Which shipping service do you use?

I mostly use USPS. But in the case of large packages, I may opt for UPS.
Please let me know if either of these options present an issue for you/your address.

Do you do commissions / take custom orders?

Yes! But it depends on what it is and where I’m at in terms of availability ~ I have information regarding commissions on my contact page. 🙂

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Payment is processed with PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. If you do not have a PayPal account, don’t worry! You can still checkout using just your credit card. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order, please contact me.

The shipping seems expensive/off?

If your shipping calculation seems expensive or off, please contact me. I am still working with it, so it may very well be incorrect. Please let me know!
